How to block multiple resources instead of just one.

I have a building that I rent rooms (3).  I also rent out the entire building.  I have assigned a resource per service (room).  But if someone wants to rent the entire building they can even if rooms are rented.  I have assigned all the resources to the Entire Building Rental but it will only assign one resource at a time.  It would be very helpful if you could actually assign all the resources to a service so that if a room is rented it will show the entire building unavailable.  Why would I be allowed to add resources if it only picks one?
