How to access account information

I need help accessing an account that I started but never linked a bank account to. I did a transaction today and didn’t know my password to link a bank account to the square account and now have money sitting in an idle account??? Please help. I had the customer send me a copy of the receipt but that is all the info I have idk whether I used an email that I started another account with or not

First I suggest resetting your password from the login page of Dashboard. Follow the prompts so a reset link is emailed to you. 

If you don't receive the link, email our CS Team so they can manually send it.
