I am an Android phone user and was having problems with phone losing connection with square all the time, have worked out this all began when I updated phone at the end of August. I connected square with iphone and it worked as it should. So I have let square know and hopefully they will fix this problem soon. As I am not the only Android user I am guessing I am not the only one with this problem. Hope this helps.
