How on earth can a client charge back her vacation because it wasn't what she expected?
A former client of mine charged back her vacation because it wasnt what she expected! She chose the resort. Even If I had, how can you blame the person who only booked your room and air? Is it me or is scam written all over this!!!

Also, this resort is a 5 STAR family resort!!!!! The manager did everything he could to make that family happy. I am so sick over this!!
