How do you update an email address for a Team Member

One of our team members wants to update his email address for his square user information. WHen I click "Edit" in this team member's profile the email address field is shaded and cannot be edited. Is there another way to update this information?

@ZDeli What I have found is if the person has clicked the registration e-mail and registered their e-mail address, the person must change the e-mail through the team management app or online themselves.  I think they can click forgot password and then update it from there after they log in.
