How do I sync transactions from app to Dashboard?

How do all transactions made on my phone app to show up on my online dashboard. We had an event and used a card reader for all transactions but now they only appear on the app and not on my online dashboard.

Hi @ccm! All of your transactions should automatically sync from the app to your online Square Dashboard. If you're still not seeing your transactions online:

  1. Make sure that your phone is connected to the internet. If you accepted payments in Offline Mode you'll need to reconnect your device to wifi to automatically upload and process payments.
  2. Check the email address for your account. You may have unintentionally created two Square accounts, each associated with a different email address! 
  3. Call our Customer Success team who can help you to troubleshoot further!
