How do I get square to ansewr when I need to set up a new service Been two weeks and cannot help

How do I get Square to respond.   Several issues I need help with  For example why does my terminal say a Go Bank Card transaction is approved and customer leaves and then terminal resets and says disapproved and transaction is gone?

 

I need to set up an account for a new store and cannot get anyone to respond.  Been two weeks.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
