Great Question.
Tap the keypad icon to add a custom sale amount, or add items to the sale from your item library, or Favorites tab. To complete the payment, tap Charge. Tap Cash. If you select cash, you'll be prompted to enter the amount.
Once you accept cash, you will be able to view the transaction in your transaction report it will just appear as other and not a credit card payment.
