I use the free version of Square with a stand, two kitchen printers and an expo printer for our food truck operation. I know there are other versions of Square (including one for Restaurants but that's not what we use) so I'm a bit confused about in which current beta programs I could be helpful. I'm willing to try any add-ons or whatnot that make sense with my current setup.
There is one persisting item that I really think needs improvement in the version I use and I'd certainly be interested in helping test it. When taking an order from a customer, the items selected populate in a "list" on the right but there is no way to reorder them. The ability to reorder the ticket before sending to the kitchen and expo stations would allow us to insert messages like "PERSON 1, PERSON 2, PERSON 3" followed by the items that individual ordered. There are other benefits as well. Reordering a list is a pretty standard iOS operation, usually by a long press that makes the items jiggle or grow a little "handle" on the right side to move things about. If I should submit this somewhere else inside the beta community please let me know. I have already done so outside the beta community.
Thanks,
Bryan

Hey @BryanP,
You'll definitely want to post this within the Beta Community if you haven't already!
If you have, that's all that you'd need to do! They'll post newer features there as they come that you can opt in to try out as well as discussions you can get involved in there.

I was in the Beta Community and clicked Start Thread but this is where I ended up for some reason. I guess at some point if I have the time and interest I'll come back and try a get a better feel for the lay of the land.
