@Kokozaria1 - Hello, and welcome to the Seller Community. To get going, would you mind sharing more details regarding your question? In general, Square doesn't provide our own EIN number to sellers, as you would use your own to file taxes. Thanks!

Your EIN should be on a confirmation letter from the IRS, or any bank accounts associated with your business.  You may also be able to call the IRS to request your EIN number as well. 

As for the 1099 forms from square, if you meet the criteria needed for Square to submit a 1099-K, it will be found in Accounts & Settings > Business > Tax Forms.   If there isn't one filed for your business you can follow this thread, to create a report for you CPA.
