Has anyone used Spot Hopper?

I am considering using Spot Hopper for my website and social media marketing management.  Has anyone used this service?  What has been your experience?  I have a coffee shop/cafe in a very small town.

While I can't personally recommend Spot Hopper not having used it, I hope other sellers can chime in with their experiences here. I'd also recommend checking out Glassdoor.com and other forums for user reviews @SMArcher. Please let us know how you go!
