So I quickly looked at your site. I think that blown glass is an amazing art. I would take a look here for some suggestions that i offered to help boost your online presence for free with a little bit of work on your end.
As for pricing, i personally can't comment on that as I have no idea what / if the "normal range " is. I would check out other businesses' like yours and sort of compare the pricing. If it is within range I'd say you are good to go.
Lastly, I do want to make a suggestion that I think would help your site. I would insert a Video Banner (10 sec max) as your top header, of you forming/heating/cooling the glass. I think that would be a sure eye catcher to grab customers attention.
