Getting a error 404 on my Online Store?

I've been in the process to move my convenience store online and i have it up and running but every page you click on i.e., drinks, chips, snacks everything comes up with a 404 error and no items are to be shown, i deleted and re added items, i made them avail online. am i' missing something? i have it published and everything but you can't see anything. www.56storekvl.com can someone help me?

Hey @Fivesixstore,

 

404 errors typically happen when it's a browser being used that isn't compatible with our Dashboard.

 

Chrome and Firefox typically work best while Internet Explorer and Safari can pull random errors like this.


Have you tried using a different browser?

If you need immediate assistance- I'd recommend calling or emailing our direct CS team so they can help get you set up ASAP.

Our Weebly team advised to try re-publishing the store.

 

To do so, go to > Website Edit Site to open the website and then go to > Publish on the bottom right.

I did. Many many times. I switched browsers and everything. I restarted my computer I unpublished. I republished.
