This link has a place where it says "fill out the form to sign up" but there is no form and doesn't seem to be any way to get to another page with a form... Any ideas?

👏@Birdsandbees Hmm, it sounds like it might be an issue with your browser. Can you try clearing your browser history or switching to another browser like Google Chrome?
