How are winners selected?
The Seller Community team will review the replies authored between January 28th, 2022 - February 10th, 2022, and select 120 winners. A winning reply will be thought-provoking, insightful, and offer genuine feedback or guidance for the Seller Community Team.
The winners will be notified via private message, asking for a shipping address, and you should receive your free charging pad within 6 weeks of notification!

My names Robin and I own/operate Peek A View Baby LLC we have been up and running over 3 years. I have been using Square for coming up on six years with my other business as well. I enjoy how Square has continued to grow with my business and suit my needs like appointment reminders, texting, and payroll. As a growing business I am looking to expand my maternity store and hopefully hire employees. I am interested in learning more about how other businesses are bringing affordable health care to their team members. As a single mother of three children I know just how valuable health care is and how hard it is to obtain it.

Hi I Am Tiffany of Tiffany Ross Massage, I am seeking a wonderful platform that allows me to do everything I need to do in one place. Iโd like to always have access to my information stored on this website. I would truly indulge in a secure connection that is focused around my very specific wants & needs that continuously grow daily. To have access to someone who can make updates 24/7 that fit my needs is a huge plus! I am spending lots of money & very grateful to have access to Square but it would be so nice to be able to adjust things as needed instead of having to maneuver around, download, re-download, have to leave the website & finally get things done. Hi, I'm Jennifer. I have been using square now for over 7 years with my photography business. I am not expanding my business into custom graphics, decals, and shirts. I love using square because it's so easy to accept payments from customers. I would love to learn more about other tools they offer and get feedback from similar businesses.

I would love to have more control over the wording on the website that we cannot currently change, such as when I allow customers to pick 3 flavors for a cookie box on AshleighBakesDaily.com and it says pick 3. It doesnโt need to say that, and I donโt always have time to call seller support to get things fix. Some things are over complicated and some simplicity or more control would be AMAZING.

Hello, my name is Laura Ashley, owner and barber at Brawns Barbershop. Iโve been with square for almost 2 years now and I love it. The effortlessness of my clients booking and checkout is great.
I would like to see a change in the schedule side of the app. It would be very helpful to have 2 weeks of scheduling so I donโt have to go change each week manually.

Hi I'm Karen and I own Vintage Vibe Home & Garden. I have been in business and using Square for 3.5. I love Square and without doubt it has been a major factor in helping me to grow my business. It's so user friendly! I just set up a website through Square about 2 weeks ago and that too was easy and the sales started coming in almost immediately from it. Square's support is amazing and the workers are so friendly and accommodating.
I really, really wish square had price override from the checkout screen. I also wish Square made it easier to apply a specific dollar amount discount instead of just percentage discounts. Other than those two very important issues I'm as happy as can be with Square!

Hi, Iโm Stefanie, business owner of F & Goode Desserts in Newport, KY. I started the business over 7 years ago, and have been using Square since we opened, as the business has travelled with me. It started in San Clemente, CA, moved to Kauai, HI, Eugene, Oregon and now we're in KY
I have joined the Seller Community hoping to know inside information about the apps and be on beta programs for things I'd like to see added as well as providing insight for how to create a better Square platform. I'd love to see square online work a little more like Shopify so I can select specific dates for sale item pickups and preorders.

Square has made a business more efficient and easy. Chicken Foot Estate Sales has been a loyal customer of square up for several years without one single problem. We love the buyer feedback and we use the reports to assistant us in revenue per customer and gains per year. If I can use the square products...anyone can! Hi there! Iโm Tina Brenda. I am a tattoo artist in Schererville, IN. I have been using Square for a couple years now. Iโve worked at shops that were cash only, and it was so inconveniencing to everyone. I got square for myself so that I can accept all forms of payments to make it easier on myself and my clients. I am in the process of opening a my own studio this year, and I will 1000% be using Square for everyone in my business.

I am only a few weeks in and square has been a lifesaver! It is my first time ever working for myself as an LMT, and there were so many things I wanted to implement, and others I didn't realize that I needed. Square has made it really easy to schedule, and send out appointment reminders, and give me the professional feel I had been looking for that other apps didn't have like no show protection, and e-contracts to have clients sign before getting on my table. I would love to have (or figure out if you do have it!) more control over the assistant messages, reminder texts and such, so I could include a google maps link, a photo, and other information I would want to add. I think it would help me come off more personal in those messages. Another thing I wish I had would be a place to not necessarily purchase things, but record my purchases so my balance sheet reflected that, like $5 per massage goes towards rent, or laundry fees, etc. I think I'm off to a great start, and can't wait to get my website up and running to really integrate online scheduling. Hello, My name is Betsy, Owner-Operatore of a small boutique in Southern Illinois, we opened in 2018 and have used square since day one, I love that I can hop on and look for a question anytime day or night, the majority of the time i find not online an answer but ususally a supporting video. I have recently started focusing on more online sales and we use the comment sold platform for that, i would love to see a better integration with stock as well as a better way to track sales that strictly come from that platform. I enjoy having a community of knowledgeable users to fall back on when we dont know the answer. Thank you for your support.

Hello! I'm Emily, owner of Wandering Spirits, an independent, craft bottle shop in Pennsylvania. I opened in October in a small, touristy town that was voted top 5 Hallmark towns. Winters can be slow, though; despite the skiers and winter sport enthusiasts, it can get pretty cold here.
As a first-time retail business owner, I joined the Seller Community for several reasons. Initially, it was for technical questions; throughout my first holiday season, it became my lifeline. The marketing ideas, tips and tools provided by other more seasoned business owners gave me perspective. The old adage "You don't know what you don't know" holds true especially now.
Since I opened in year 2 of the pandemic and supply chain crisis, the Sellers Community has enabled me to better anticipate challenges and prepare for unknowns.

Hello, Iโm Amber Barnes, j graduated from cosmetology school this last April and I have used square since then! I work at Blusb and Bangs The Salon in Farmington, Ar and my business is bz_beauty_creations.
Iโm new at running a business and square helps with reports and makes it super easy for me to get paid by my clients . It does it all for me, so less stress! Iโm excited to learn even more about community sellers, to get other ideas and info about running a business! I need All the help I can get lol! But Iโm super excited ghat square is able to show me they way and others users as well!

Hi I am Josh and I was a freelance designer for more than a decade and I finally got my business together about a year ago and now use square.
Square and the Weebly services have really helped me get a grasp on how to best organize my business and the things I offer. Also the Marketing Program has helped me keep in touch with and grow my relationships with not only existing customers but new customers as well. I have hear " I didn't know you did that!" from friends and people that have known me for years and its all because of square marketing! Keep up the good work.
