Thanks so much for surfacing this, and we have escalated this to our Payroll product team for further tracking.
While we only integrate with Guideline (meaning contributions/deductions are automated and everything syncs back and forth with them),you can add any existing 401k benefits that they have set up outside of Square Payroll. When you run payroll, we will automatically calculate the benefit deductions and contributions and leave the amounts in your bank account for you to distribute to the applicable benefit providers.
