Extremely Frustrated with figuring out square.online vs squareup

I'm getting extremely frustrated trying to figure out which to use: Square.online vs squareup for items and inventory.  I've tried to use both, neither will sync to each other, and my website only responds to square.online for publishing my inventory.  My categories won't even sync.  I have looked through every topic here, and some of the ways to sync are not showing up in my list.  I have no idea what to do, and am about ready to change to different platform all together.  Anyone help?  PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

HI, if you add inventory on your Square Dashboard, there is a known snyc issue.  If you add inventory on your Online Dashboard, there is no sync issue.

Square Online is your website.

I have noticed there is a delay of a few minutes up to 10 minutes for items to sync up from Square dashboard to square online. I do everything from square dashboard because we also have CommentSold connected to do live shows.

I would rather put our items up through Square online but, the process is a little more chaotic that doing it from the dashboard. For instance, if you are doing sizes when you select Size, every size is checked. We have about 50 different sizes so I have to uncheck every single size, where as in Square dashboard when you select size everything is unchecked and you just check what you need. It's the same way with colors also.
