Export Customer Sales with Items

I'd like to be able to export sales data by customer with customer address information and items sold data.

Is this possible?

I don't see a way to get the customer's address in any of the reports - either pre-defined or custom.  If you go to your Transactions screen, you can export two reports that include the items sold and the customer's name, but no address.  Those two reports are: Transactions CSV and Items Detail CSV.  The other report available from that screen (Items Summary CSV) gives the items sold, but no customer data at all.
