Employee forgot to Clock Out and Payroll was processed anyway. How do I correct their paycheck?
An employee worked a 11.5 hour shift and forgot to clock out. Payroll was processed anyway -for significantly more time- and employee was overpaid. How do we correct that error?

I just had this same thing happen today, and when I called…. They said the payroll team was out of contact. They said that they would mark it as urgent and get back with me. No one has contacted me back. I’m very concerned. I guess I need to call again???
