The email addresses we have been using for 12 months have just stopped working, I’ve paid the renewal for another 12 months but nothing! Pls help

To confirm, are you having trouble signing in to your Square Dashboard (https://app.squareup.com/login) or one of Square’s Point of Sale systems using your email address?
Regarding the 12-month subscription you mentioned, is this for a Square Online or Weebly website?
Please note, if you are having trouble with a Squarespace website, this is a separate company to Square, and you'll need to contact their Support Team directly for assistance.

I’ve renewed the email subscription for another 12 months but the emails are not working. Why would they just stop working and how to I fix this?
