Delivery fees didn't match my settings

I added on demand delivery in December 2020 and set it so that I only pay the $1.50 order fee, the customer pays the rest. But I have $200 is delivery fees for that month.  My January delivery orders have be coming in with the right amount of delivery fee, but I haven't changed anything.  Also I received the email to download my delivery fees report, but it won't download, it just takes me my online store.

Hmm. I'm going to recommend reaching out to our Support Team for this one so that they can look at your billing and back end settings. @RS4
