Hey everyone,
So, I created an invoice which my customer has paid with via clearpay however I can’t seem to locate the monies?
Every time I click balance it’s saying £0?
Any help?

Hi Tia 👋 thanks for flagging this.
Can you let me know if this transaction is still not appearing in your balance?
Any Clearpay payments taken via Square Invoices will appear there and be transferred per your selected transfer method @Amie1 - it may be that there was a slight delay with the invoice registering.
