Chat support not working?

I can't access the chat help feature:

when i click on this nothing happens
i tried the assistant and that directs me back to the same page
any ideas?

If you prefer to speak to someone on a phone call, you can reach our Australian support team on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEDT).

I'm logged in.

But every time I change pages or try to reply to comments on here it asks me to sign in again!

Hmmm, are you using an incognito browser window by any chance @AGeckoCan? We also recommend using a supported web browser such as Google Chrome. Please let us know how you go!

Given the issues you're experiencing when trying to reach out to our Messaging Team, I've gone ahead and ensured you'll have access to phone support for the next 24 hours when calling in from the number listed on your Square account. 

This will give you a chance to reach out to our team to raise any questions you may have. I also recommend flagging the issues you've had with reaching out as they may be able to take a closer look into the issues you're experiencing.

Fingers crossed this is resolved moving forward!
