Cannot verify

I am unable to verify I am a real person via your website, I get an error message. My address shares a zip code with Augusta Maine but I live in Sidney Maine, so is this a possible reason for the error message? My physical location of where I work is also different than my credit card and personal information. I cannot contact support in any meaningful way to fix this. thanks
