Cannot input delivery address

Delivery address will either disappear or when tabbing to the optional Apt, Floor, Suite field or after going back to and re-entering the address this 'Enter delivery address to change fulfillment method' is displayed and the 'Done' button doesn't highlight therefore cannot continue. 

Can someone help as I'm losing customers since they can't put in their address and any effort to contact support doesn't work as the contact pages will NOT load or I get an error 'Something Went Wrong' page which I also cannot get a customer ID number that is required to call support!

Figured it out.  I'm in Japan and figured out the address has to go in in a specific way.  Would be easier if the system can mix and match the address components as customers are calling saying they can't put in their address so I have to 'teach' them how to input it.  NOT a good way to run a delivery business.

And I still haven't heard from support nor can I get a customer ID to allow me to call support for any other questions...

is there a way to get the customer's address printed on the physical receipt? i want my in-house drivers to know where to deliver their meals from us.

Are your customers placing orders via Square Online or another platform? If you use Square Online, you can add a note section to your orders, so customers can add their addresses. This would then will print on your receipts as well. Learn how to create a text-based modifier here.
