Can client cancel an invoice?
Greetings!
I have a client that had an agreed auto pay in paypal. She cancelled her agreement after the auto withdrew money because it was 45 days past due.
I sent her an invoice with notification due to her cancelling her card submission, she is receiving a final balance invoice fro services rendered. I gave her a final closing discount.
SHE CANCELLED THE INVOICE (paypal) 3 times, stating that she would pay how she felt.
I noticed that I can bill her with my square invoice. Question: can she 'cancel' the invoice with a button or link?
I am prepared to sell the debt, and she will be charged triple what was remaining, and I am removing the discount from her final balance (which I stated, that if she cancelled the invoice-the discount will no longer apply.

Hello @MichaelaRena, I'm sorry to hear about this.
With Square Invoices there isn't a button the customer could click to cancel the invoice, but there's nothing to force her to pay it either.
An Invoice will automatically cancel if a customer makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to pay it.
