Can I use my Touch Screen HP Pavillion with Square versus an ipad?

We are contemplating switching from another POS system to Square - can I use my HP Pavilion touchscreen vs an iPad for the Square POS system?

Hi @DiscCrazy - Square is currently only compatible with Apple or Android operating systems. You can check out a full list of compatible devices through this link, but it doens't look like your HP touch screen would be compatible. Sorry about that!

Thanks!  we decided to go ahead with it and use this HP touch screen for our custom disc design section in the store.  The capabilities of Square as compared to QBooks/Intuit are night and day.  4 weeks of struggling with Intuit and we are done!!
