Can I add the shipping fee to a completed transaction?

On a completed transaction can I add an additional fee for shipping, or refund the transaction and rerun the transaction and include the shipping charge?

Of course the shipping fee will be disclosed to the client.

Once a payment is complete, additional fees cannot be tacked on. You;ll need to run a separate transaction or refund then rerun with the shipping fee as you suggested.
