Booking appointments on Square Register are not reflecting our customized times.
When our guests check out and we reschedule them, our color/ haircut times (processing enabled 30/45/45) are being scheduled with the default time - 40/40/40. We have changed it, double checked it was changed, restarted, etc - and still we have to go in to edit the already scheduled appointment to change the timing.
What is happening?
However - when guests book online, it will put that correct 30/45/45 timing. Seems to be a disconnect somewhere.
