Autofill second email recipient

I add a second recipient to all my quotes and invoices.  Despite both names are in my contacts, I always have to manually enter the additional recipient.  Am I doing something wrong?

So just to make sure I understand clearly, you are not able to input an email that already exists in your customer directory when sending out invoices? Its having you manually type them despite this?

Hi, Frida, thanks replying.  I can auto input an email address for the primary recipient with no problem, but when I add a second recipient, I have to manually enter it, even though they are also in my contacts.  Hope that clarifies.

I was able to test this out on my demo account as well as confirm with the product team that this is normal behavior when adding a second recipient .

I hear you though! I feel like this would be a necessary feature to implement. I have gone ahead and passed your feedback to our product developers, in hopes that we can see a change soon!
