Quickbooks isn't integrating with square. Is there any other applications that I can use to connect my account with that tracks expenses and incomes including square savings account?
I saw simplifi by quicken. Has anyone ever used this service and does it integrate?

Great question @barberlogicc! I've just pinned your post to the homepage so other sellers can share their experience with apps to track expenses and income.

I use Intuit quickbooks and they definetly integrate from square. or at least they used to.
It might be an app you have to connect through the square dashboard though.
Go to settings and then app integrations and search for quickbooks or whichever program you are using to see if that will work for you.

The square/ QuickBooks integration is definitely working for me. You need to set it up from the Link in the Square App Store

Quickbooks desktop does not integrate with square. Quickbooks online does however. I used a third party app, Commerce Sync, to integrate to the desktop version of Quickbooks. It can be a bit much to set up if you don't path stuff correctly and would recommend using an accountant with experience to at least help set it up.

Actually the new Square/ Quickbooks integration will work with Quickbooks Desktop. The catch is that you have to manually download the file every day instead of the automatic download that happens with Quickbooks Online. Commerce sync is a good program and as long as you just enable the Quickbooks defaults it’s easy enough setup. Used Commercesync for years but it’s had issues the last 3 months. Plus the fact that commercesync is 19 dollars a month compared to the built in square/ Quickbooks integration being free of charge then it’s a really easy choice for most

Before I hired an accountant, we used QuickBooks with the square integration. Maybe it's changed but I loved it when we had it over a year ago.
