I absolutely love my using my Amazon echo and dot as an assistant, etc while I'm working. I think it would be nice if Square would make an app for Alexa that could add in new appointments to the calendar and notes to customer files. I wish I had time in between appointments to add notes to my clients' files but I never find the time to get to the computer before the next person arrives. By the end of the day I've forgotten what I need to note in each file so it doesn't get done. If I could ask Alexa to add a note to so and so's file, while I have that client there, it would make my life so much easier. Anyway, just a thought/request for the future.
