Ads appearing during payment process

Hi! I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem & how to stop it. Over the past 3 weeks, I have used my square less than 10 times. Every time I use it though, an ad for a game or some other type of ad pops up as my customer is trying to pay. Sometimes it will not let me enter an amount before the ad pops up, at other times it pops up when the customer is trying to sign. This is very annoying! I also do not feel like this is safe for myself or my customers.

@nict - So sorry to hear about the issues here! It definitely sounds like something is going on! Have you already had a chance to try any troubleshooting steps (i.e. force quite app, check for updates, sign in/out or delete and reinstall)? Do you think you'd be able to capture a screenshot next time it happens?

I can't figure out how to post screen shots that I took of the ads. I signed out, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, signed back in, & tried to use a card. An ad for a game popped up before I could enter the sale amount & again after I swiped the card.
