Howdy, am wondering if we can set up say 2 x square readers to go into 2 different accounts for the one sporting Club. IE court fees and regos into 1 account and representative fees into another. Cheers Scott

Hey @ODBA,
The way to do this would be to set up another location. Once set up you can change the bank account for that location then any payments taken under the location will go to the other nominated bank account.
Once set up, to change locations on the POS app itself you'll need to sign out, sign back in and choose the new location ๐
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions!

Hi @Mangoat - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community๐
Just to make sure I understand what you're asking for here, are you wanting the funds to be distributed to one of the two linked bank accounts based on which reader is used? If so, this is not possible. Your bank account is linked to your Square account, not to the card reader, so there isn't a way for the system to funnel the payments to a specific bank account based on the reader that you used.
Is there a reason why you would not want to create two separate locations under the same Square account and let each location have its own bank account? The funds would be automatically separated based on which location the payment was taken at in this setup.
We'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Was hoping the app could recognise what reader did which and would do it automatically. But I guess that's better than nothing.

Hi
I have purchased a second square reader thinking I'd be able to have 1 login on my device, but depending on which reader is used for each purchase, would result in money transferred into each different bank account.
In my square account on the website, I have 2 bank accounts linked to 2 different "locations".
So basically, can I use 2 different readers to link 2 different bank account while using the one login on my device.?
