Hi all! We own Proper Pie Co. in Richmond, Virginia. My husband is a chef and a kiwi and missed the savory pies from home. We couldn't find any around these parts so we decided to open our own pie shop almost a decade ago. (We also have lots of sweet pies too!) This last year and a half has been rough, but grateful to be able to pivot and adjust somewhat. Thanks for the invite.

Hello Everyone! Happy to be  here. I own a pizza place in Alachua, Florida (just outside of Gainesville) and my wife has a specialty coffee/ frozen custard/ Italian Ice gift shop next door. We opened the Italian Ice shop last March of 2020, when they were shutting everything down. We expanded into the existing pizza place next store in January,when the owner retired. We both left our full time jobs for this venture and the verdict is still out. Both places are holding their own as far as paying the bills, but we definitely need to do something to increase our sales. Looking forward to meeting some others in here and sharing experiences.
