Hi guys
I am integrated with Otter, the item tickets are currently printing a Deliver To header at the top of the ticket and the Customer Address (although it is not actually printing the address as this is coming through our delivery partner).
Is there a way to remove this?

Can you confirm if your customer's details are appearing on all of your order tickets or just the orders placed through Otter?
I will do some testing on my end in the meantime.

The customers details are just appearing on orders placed through Otter.
We offer collection through Square Online and the customers details are not on the tickets. We do not however offer delivery through Square Online so I am not sure about those. I wasn't sure if there was a general setting for Collection or Delivery tickets?
