Hello,
Is it possible to manage the orders I put through on Restaurant POS in the same place as Online Orders?
Every order I do through my tablet goes into Transactions and every Online order goes into Orders.
A lot of my customers prefer to call us rather than placing their order online.

In the standard POS you're able to put through an 'online order' directly in the app adding a customer to the sale (can search by email/phone/name or add a new one if they've not used you before). This also lets you schedule the pick up as normal & it'll show up in the orders.
Looking at this logically though - there's no real issue here for you. If you put the order through over the phone & save it as a tab (or take payment over the phone & complete the order) then it will print the ticket straight away &/or show up on the KDS. It will print/show up straight away so would advise putting the collection time in with he customer name just to be sure you don't miss anything.
The KDS is awesome BTW. Really useful to have one FOH as an expediter so you can push orders to the front of the line & check what's been marked as made too.

Hi there @DanTreatyPie,
It sounds like when your customers put through their orders over the phone you are taking payment over the phone too? Let me know if not but this would explain why you would only be able to see the details in the transaction section rather than the order section.
Unfortunately we have no way of moving the information from completed transactions over to the order section but I see where you are coming from in terms of not being able to mark phone orders 'in progress' or 'completed' from the transaction section.
Let me know if I've misunderstood or if there's anything else I can help with on this.

If you want then to appear in Orders, put the order through yourself online as if you were the customer. This will require payment upfront however, if they prefer to pay in store as well then you’re out of luck sorry.

Thank you for your replies.
Putting the order through online myself is just a very long workaround. But I understand where you're coming from.
I just want to be able to manage all the orders I take in one place. ORDERS section.
Not sure what the reason is that Square can't facilitate this?
As a side note: I will be using KDS and Kitchen printers. Will orders not taken through Square Online be seen on KDS or is it only Online orders?

Totally agree with @Sam_400º here, with the suggestion to use tabs instead and how awesome KDS is!
