We buy beer in kegs but sell by the pint. How do I set up my stock items to detail the number of pints its contains then attribute the sale button to it to adjust the stock?

Hi there @RoseMonkey 👋 apologies for the delayed response!
I'd be happy to help.
With the stock conversion feature in the Item Library, you can track your beer inventory by setting up each keg as a single item variation, then convert it to pints. Just calculate how many pints each keg contains and use that as your stocking unit. This way, each pint sold will automatically adjust the inventory from your keg stock.
This setup will let you attribute sales to each pint while keeping accurate records of your keg inventory.
You can find the steps to get started setting this up here.
I hope this helps!

Unfortunately, I have tried to follow th einstructions in the stock conversion procudure but it appears there is an option not available to me. Point 6. I am not able to see / enter the conversion details/amounts. Why would this be? Why wouldn't all the options be visiable to me. I have tried callin customer support but no one was available to take my call. Very fustrated that I can't get some help on this matter.
