Hey @dormouse - I was gonna come and say it's really all about the staff being trained to know what they can/can't do, but realised that's not always enough is it.
I've added a like as I can see this being really helpful to a lot of workflows to have item sales restricted by employee. I guess being able to have a 'manager override' would be useful too so show/prove it was a supervised sale and let them carry on in that case or would you prefer it to just block the items in their entirety?
