Postal problems with multiple choice

How do I include postal options at the checkout. I have 5 options, each priced differently. At present I have to add them as an option to an existing item so that the item includes the price for that particular shipping option. That makes a single item show as 5. It's so time consuming. Is there a way to choose from a set of 5 postal options, each with their own price then have it accrue to the item price on the checkout. To see what I have at present just visit my site sale page at www.thebridesmother.co.uk/sale_page.htm

Hi. A workaround may be to use modifiers rather than options. Set them as having to choose only one ( max one and min one). Each one can have the relevant cost and this will be added to the total. At checkout you could have a minimal Flat Rate for shipping - possibly £1.00. This could be deducted from the modifier costs so the total stays the same.

Thanks but it's at best only a poor solution Tony. It should really be as simple as adding another option to choose from at the checkout.

I have similar issues when, for instance, a lady wants to purchase a dress from the site then to add a hat, shoes and clutch bag at the same time. They should all be able to be added separately to the dress purchase as add-ons.

I don'[t have any programming knowledge but it seems a simple thing to set up.

I'm going to have to look elsewhere as a result. Maybe SumUp will have something along those lines.

Hi @Lynn-Robson It looks like you have embedded some Square Online Checkout Link buttons onto your website. This is definitely something you can do, however, the buttons are meant to be used for a single item checkout. It's not possible to add multiple items to the checkout page. You would need to create a Square Online Store instead.

For either option, you can setup shipping regions and rates. From the Square Dashboard, click Online, then click Fulfillment > Shipping to setup your shipping rules as outlined in the guide.

Hope that helps!

p.s. Tony's suggestion is also great to use if you have a specific item that requires additional shipping fees. You can use a combination of both suggestions if needed.
