Feature Request POS and Online: Integrate with Hubspot.
Hi @tranguyen
We use Hubspot for our CRM. Integrating Square and Hubspot would be helpful as important customer data could be fed into Hubspot which would make Hubspot more useful and vice versa.
Examples include synchronizing Square Customer Groups and Hubspot Lists; Square Estimates/Invoices and Hubspot Deals; Square Loyalty and Hubspot Lists.
Thank you.

Hi @amjessey, thanks for flagging this! This is definitely one for our Partnership team. They look after all our third-party integrations so I'll be sure to check in with them about HubSpot and see how we can make it work.

Hi @tranguyen and @Kelly
We have been using Shopify and MailChimp and these have a decent level of integration with HubSpot, recording client activity, e.g. by marking someone as an 'opportunity' when online they add items to their basket and 'leads' when they click on a link in an email or reply to it, and the links below outline this. This type of integration is missing with Square Online and Square Marketing (both of which we want to move to but this is a barrier) and we see this as essential to get the most out of the Square/HubSpot combination we want to adopt to manage marketing and sales. Please could you advise the probability of this happening and when?

As you can see, the sole HubSpot/Square app only syncs contact data (names, addresses etc.) so misses out on the functionality the above apps provide.

Thank you.

Related issue: https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Troubleshooting/Appointments-is-deleting-our-customers-addresses-...
Another problem that has been noticed in the HubSpot integration: is because the Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 lines in Square are merged into the only Address Line 1 that exists in HubSpot (there is no Address Line 2) - if that address is then exported from HubSpot (e.g. for a mail merge) it appears like this:
1 King's RoadHampton
Oxford
Oxon
TA11 8DF
In this example, 1 King's Road is Address Line 1 and Hampton is Address Line 2. As you can see, the two lines have been put on the same line without a comma and without a space.
Please find a fix so this problem does not occur. Thank you.
