FR: Improve sales charts in Dashboard by providing the same graphics as shown in end of year email

Feature Request: Improve sales charts in Dashboard by providing the same graphics as shown in end of year email (in the SALES BY MONTH section of that email). This is a column chart (one column per month). Currently, Dashboard shows a line chart that tracks daily and therefore it is impossible to see the monthly value. 

It is surprising that charts that have been developed are fragmented like this, with some shown in a solitary email only sent to the account owner and the others showed only in Dashboard. Please fix.

Also, show annual reports that adhere to the company's financial year, not the calendar year, as the former is much more relevant to business.
