Ability to change store locations in-app
Hi,
I have been a business owner with Square since 2019 and I have enjoyed the services and the team behind it.
At the moment, it’s impossible to switch locations within the app (Square Appointments) or POS without having to log out and log in again.
This would be a good feat for businesses with multiple locations.
I have got a central office that takes calls for all locations, we will like to go between locations at ease, but it’s impossible to do this with the POS, so we have got a laptop just so we can do it on the web. I would appreciate it if you can look into this immediately. It shouldn’t take forever - as you wouldn’t be developing a new system.

It's always nice to hear that sellers are happy with the product and services so thank you for this post!
I completely agree that it would be really convenient to have a way to switch between locations on any of the Square apps without having to manually sign in and out with your account credentials or a device code.
This is a great feature request and our product team work hard to give all of our customers a great experience. We want to keep improving so I'll be sure to pass this back and add any future updates to this post.

Hey @KallysHair, I'm excited to share that you can now switch locations without needing to logout in your Square Point of Sale app! You can read more about this in our Product Update.
At the moment, it is limited to just the Square Point of Sale app only.

Looking forward to the feature extended to Square Appointment - and not just POS App. I mean, that's where I need it the most, to change location to take appointments - as our appointment booking is done from a central location.

Hi @KallysHair, thank you for your contribution! We're glad to confirm that you can now switch locations within the app. To switch between locations from the Square Point of Sale app:
- From the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap More.
- Select Switch location.
- Choose the location you would like to view.
