Weebly Order Export Formatting Suggestions

I'm wondering if anyone has an easy hack to create custom packing slips using the exported Order data in Excel format from Weebly without a bunch of copying and pasting?  My problem is that the customer information isn't copied on every row so there isn't a 1:1 correlation of customer with each item ordered...  Thanks!

I exported the orders into a .csv file, then used the dymo labelmaker software to do a mail merge with my custom format.
