Valid Credit Card & Risk Manager
Hello, I have been selling items with small-dollar figures for a while but now I'm starting to do larger ticket priced items. I got our first large order but I'm hesitant about sending products. When I logged in square showed it was moderate risk level and so I added the Risk Manager but I'm guessing that will only be good moving forward. It does not tell me anywhere that I can find what moderate risk level means. I did notice the billing address and shipping address are different. Same town but different zip codes. Should I be concerned? How can I be sure it's safe to send products?

Hey @sbgulfcoast- Thanks for posting!
Ultimately, these are always tricky situations. And unfortunately the best piece of advice we can give is to "trust your gut" when it comes to sending products. This article has some really great pointers and things to think about when it comes to dealing with these types of scenarios (potential fraudulent payments.)
If you'd like some additional info, let me know and I can try to see what else I can find for you.
