How come payment through my WIX site are not showing up on Square even though it says it's connected

When people order from my WIX site (payment says it's connected to square), the payments are not showing up in Square. I went to the WIX editor and payment options and it says it is connected so I'm not sure what else to do. How do I make sure I'm getting my payments?

Since all API functions are operated and managed by WIX, you'll want to contact the WIX Support Team so they can investigate this further.
