Weebly / Online Store Site Editor Stinks

Is there a guide or any kind of instructions around image sizing?  No matter what size I use for the logo, header background, main banner background, they are all too big, blurry, pixelated and poorly formatted.  I am two or three images away from using this as my main site.  This editor stinks!

Images Sizes

1:1 ratio.  Needs to be adjusted within Featured Items, Shop All, within Item Page
