VA sales tax is incorrect

I noticed that the VA sales tax is being calculated incorrectly and I called support about it. It is calculating it at 5% + the local taxes. VA State sales tax is 4.3%, not 5%.

I have switched from auto calculate to and fixed it manually, but shouldn't this be corrected 

on the programming side?

Hey @OnLineSeller - I think it depends on where in VA you are.  It's correct for me because I'm in Hampton Roads.
