Is it possible to export the address a customer enters when paying an invoice?
When I send invoices to new customers I do not have a shipping address neither do I have them on my Square customer database/list.
So the customers all pay and daily I export the Invoices paid as well as the Transactions.
Neither download gives me a Shipping address.
I generate shipping labels so now I have to manually create a spreadsheet with each address on the paid invoice and then print labels. It can take more than an hour a day.
Please tell me there is a better way to get the addresses or that you will at least consider adding the address to one of these two exports?
Regards

Hey @NaasDup and welcome to the Community.
Invoices won't contain a customer's address in the export because the only place it may ask for it is in the billing details which is privileged to the customer and their bank.
You will need to reach out to the customers to either ask for the shipping address or have them add a note to the invoice requesting it.
If it's a recurring customer you can add the address in your Customer Directory under their profile.

Hi Ashley
I have asked all my customers when they placed an order to look for the address option on the invoice when they pay. All of them entered an address when paying. So to your point I understand if the address is not on the invoice but then why not on the payment transaction export then?
