How to put '#' in oAuth redirect URL

I am unable to put '#' in oAuth redirect URL

Hello Shyam! I checked in with the API team who suggsted the following:

• Change the # in the redirect url in the OAuth section of the Developer Dashboard to %23. The %23 will be automatically switched out to a #.

Can you try this and let me know if you're still having trouble?
